About the book:

The local iron ore mine in the Norwegian arctic town of kirkenes goes bankrupt, and a thousand people lose their jobs. The men must travel south to find temporary work, leaving the women behind in Kirkenes. It’s winter, the polar night has set, and it’s thirty degrees celsius below zero outside. The women are bored.

The members of former work team 15 are stuck in Kirkenes, struggling with debth and other problems. They decide to open the first pizza bakery in town which offers home delivery. And pizza is not the only thing on the menue …
